Actually at first, we don't know exactly how the hotel look like and where exactly it is. It looks good from the internet and I felt cheated. It's a shock to us when I first step in. That was our first time and I'm so sorry to say, I won't come back for the second time. The room was so very small eventhough we ask for the family room. The bathroom was ridiculous with the glass wall and door and too small. As well as the towel was so very small and thin. There is no pillow case as well and they don't clean the room everyday. They only clean once we check out. Wow..... what a hotel. never came across this. No shampoo, soap except for the bath gel. Really empty in the bathroom. The rate for the family room was RM138.00 which is the same rate as the 4star hotel which everything is there. The room was not even supply with coffee or tea and kettle for hot water. We really shock to enter the hotel especially the room. Really shocking!!!!!!!!!!!!
Like I told you as above. Everything about it I don't like. They don't even supply us for the second key.

The staff is very nice and helpfull, the room is clean, and the location is very very perfect.
They give us a bad towel, they didn't clean up our room everyday because the don't have house keepers in the hotel.

the location is good. Just outside the hotel lobby is a Jalan Alor, a street full of delicious dinner/ supper. Head south-east to the main road and you be spoiled of shopping choices. There are many shopping centres selling budget goods to higher end items and they are all within walking distance from the hotel. If that is not enough, the hotel is just a 5-10mins walk away from the nearest train station. Service staff is nice and patient and, probably because the hotel is still new, the hotel is quite nicely maintained. The whole place looks clean and tidy.
The rooms are very small. I had a twin room and there was barely enough room to walk after putting our luggages down. Bathroom ventilation is quite bad which makes the room smell bad. The bathroom has poor privacy too. It has an opaque glass door which is almost transparent. You can see a very clear coloured silhouette of whoever that is in the bathroom and whatever he/she is doing. Also, in recent years, that area has seen an increase in prostitution and sleezy massage parlours.

The location is great. The hotel is in a crowded street with many food stalls. It is in the center where almost all sightseeing sites are at walkable distance. The staff is very friendly, polite and helpfull.
Not all staff members speak English. The rooms are too small and some of them don't have a window. The wifi doesn't work very well in the room. The disposable towels are not what you are probably used at home so I suggest that you bring your own or buy in the city. The bathroom is so small that it is hard to take a shower.
